1.3  All images are representative and all sizes and measurements are approximate. These are obtained from our suppliers and are used in good faith.

2.  Order Process
2.1  Please see the How to use this website section for information on how to place an order. All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions.

2.2  The 'confirmation' stage sets out the final details of your order. Following this, we will send you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. Please note that this email is not an order confirmation nor an order acceptance from SewAlong.

2.3 Acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on despatch to you of the products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled it (please refer to Returns and refunds).

3.  Delivery
3.1  Please see Standard Delivery Charges for details of delivery charges.

3.2  We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors. SewAlong shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales.

3.3  Risk of loss and damage of products passes to you on the date when the products are delivered or on the date of first attempted delivery by us.

4.  Payment
4.1 SewAlong operates a 'Payment with Order' policy. Payment is taken at the time we receive your order. Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

4.2  The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order apart from the following exception:

We try to ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, however errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of either reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

4.3  Payment can be made by any method specified in How to use this website .

•  At SewAlong, we take security very seriously and endeavour to make shopping online as safe and secure as possible. The website has fully secure checkouts utilising WorldPay and PayPal to ensure the security of your credit card details.

4.4  Title to any items you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the items.

4.5  Overseas Import Taxes: SewAlong does not charge or collect import taxes or duties that may be liable in overseas countries.

5.  Returns and Refunds
5.1 We want you to be totally satisfied with every purchase you make from SewAlong. It is our aim to offer you value and quality at outstandingly low prices.

5.2  All our products have a 30 day guarantee.

We give you 30 days to decide whether the items you have bought from us are just what you need. If you are unhappy with your item for any reason then you can return it to us, unopened and unused in its original packaging within 30 days and we will provide a full refund for the item subject to the following exceptions:

The item is not re-saleable because of tainting, e.g. liquid, smoke or other damage. The item will be returned to you.

If you cancel your order within 7 working days (i.e. excluding public holidays and weekends) following the date of delivery, we will give you a full refund including delivery charges. If you advise us of your proposed return within 30 days (but more than 7 working days) following the date of delivery we will give you a full refund excluding delivery charges.

You must contact SewAlong - 01584 882375 or customerservices@sewalong.co.uk - with the original order number to obtain a Customer Returns Number (CRN) prior to returning any item.

5.3  In the unlikely event that a delivered product (including special orders) is faulty or damaged, we will exchange it or provide you with a full refund, as long as we are notified within 30 days of it being delivered to you.

5.4  This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

6.  Privacy Policy
6.1  SewAlong operates under the guidelines of The Data Protection Act 1998 and does not disclose or sell buyers' information to third parties.

6.2  Your information is stored - name, address, telephone number and email address -in order to save you re-entering it again for subsequent orders.
SewAlong DOES NOT STORE CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD DETAILS.

7.  Copyright
7.1  All copyright, trademarks and all other intellectual property rights in all materials and/or content made available as part of your use of this website shall remain at all times vested in us, our suppliers or licensors.

7.2  All material and content contained within this website is made available for your personal non-commercial use for the purpose of using this website. Any other use of the material and content of this website is strictly prohibited and you agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works of such material and content.

8.  Miscellaneous
8.1  The contract between SewAlong and you shall be governed by the laws of England and any dispute between us will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England. English is the only language offered for the conclusion of the contract.
